Any time estimate they provide for any project is meaningless. They break things with the changes they make, or implement fixes that only work on half of the pages it should. If you're working in the content editor, it doesn't tell you that you've been logged out until you hit save - then it logs you out and all progress is lost. I have to warn all new employees what not to do, to save them frustration. There's no way to unpublish pages - only lock (password protect) or delete.
